Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage all activities within a senior living community, overseeing resident care, budgeting, staffing, and occupancy strategies. You will partner with the management team to drive service excellence and financial performance in a dynamic retirement living environment.

Bachelor’s degree and extensive operational leadership experience are required, with strong communication, people management, and strategic planning skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets and staffing in a senior living/community setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations, staff, and resident interactions.
• Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets.
• Build relationships with management to promote teamwork and achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality associates and ensure staff training.
