Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead all community operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure exceptional resident and family experiences. You will manage P&L, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while coaching a high-performing team and building strong referral networks.

The role requires proven leadership in senior living with a focus on service quality, team engagement, and strategic growth. This position is based in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management
