Waltonwood Raleigh is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, oversee all departments, ensure residents receive exceptional care and service, and partner with the Regional Director of Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Management, Health Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years as Executive Director or senior management in senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Certified Assisted Living Director or equivalent per state requirements.
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all community departments to ensure resident, family, and associate satisfaction.
• Lead and support department heads; recruit, onboard, and retain staff; ensure staffing and performance management.
• Motivate associates to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and regional team on total quality management.
• Meet with residents and families to address concerns and preferences; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets, manage revenue and NOI, and report occupancy and financial metrics.
• Lead sales efforts with marketing, conduct community tours, and build rapport with current and prospective residents.
• Maintain property standards and ensure move-in readiness by addressing issues promptly.
• Utilize property management, payroll, talent management, and scheduling systems.
