Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions in Raleigh/Durham, NC seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, manage finances, and drive growth for our assisted living and memory care communities.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and a track record in supervising 10+ staff, with emphasis on resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and occupancy growth. Candidates must be US-work eligible and bring AL administration credentials.

Qualifications

• Assisted Living Administrator Certification required.
• Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+ people.
• Experience managing operating expenses of $1M+ annually preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere.
• Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and well being.
• Set standards for quality assurance and foster positive family relationships.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including care delivery, food service, and facilities management, to meet Navion's high standards.
• Directly responsible for hiring, training, and supervising a top-notch team.
• Directly responsible for financial management and regulatory compliance of our communities.
• Oversee the Sales and Marketing process to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
