Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Management, Health Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience in senior living or equivalent.
• Certified Assisted Living Director, or equivalent per state requirements.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all community departments, focusing on resident, family, and associate satisfaction.
• Lead department heads, recruit and retain staff, onboarding and orientation of new associates, ensure staffing and performance management.
• Continuously motivate associates to perform at a high level.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on total quality management.
• Meet residents and families to discuss and resolve concerns.
• Maintain compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Prepare budgets and report on occupancy, financial performance and KPIs.
• Act as a sales leader, conduct tours, and build rapport with residents.
• Maintain property standards and move-in readiness.
• Utilize property management, payroll, talent management, and scheduling systems.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
