Job summary

Meadowview Terrace of Wadesboro is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires managing budgets, regulatory compliance, and community engagement to promote a thriving senior living community.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare administration or related degree, 2+ years in senior living leadership, and a passion for compassionate senior care. NC licensure or ability to obtain is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations.
• Experience in financial management and resident relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid NC Assisted Living Administrator license (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and high care standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff.
• Engage with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and inclusivity.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor finances.
• Ensure licensing compliance and readiness for inspections.
• Support sales and marketing to drive occupancy.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to assure quality care.
• Represent Meadowview Terrace in the local community.
