Singh Management Co., Llc is seeking an Executive Director to lead Waltonwood community operations, ensuring exceptional resident care and service. The role requires directing department heads, coordinating staffing, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the community.

The ED will partner with regional leadership, drive occupancy and financial performance, and lead the sales strategy through strong community engagement and tours with prospective residents and families.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Management, Health Administration, or other related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of executive management experience in a senior living community or similar setting.
• Certified Assisted Living Director or equivalent (based on state requirements).
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; able to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of all community departments with department heads.
• Lead and manage department heads; recruit and retain staff; onboarding and orientation.
• Motivate associates across the community to perform at a high level.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and regional support teams on total quality management.
• Meet with residents and families to address concerns and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Prepare budgets and report occupancy and financial performance; manage revenue and NOI.
• Act as sales leader; review strategies with marketing and conduct community tours.
