Job summary

The Pearl at Watkins Centre in Virginia is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community, oversee hands-on operations, and drive profitability and resident satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related to elderly care.
• 2–5 years prior General Manager/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years in Senior Living/Hospitality with 5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue maximization.
• Lead and develop community staff, ensuring resident and family satisfaction.
• Drive sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA regulations, and incident reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly, preferred.
