Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community operations, driving occupancy, revenue and service quality for seniors in a full‑time capacity. The role requires strong P&L oversight, budgeting and proven leadership to manage diverse teams and maintain exemplary resident experiences.

As a leader you will collaborate with sales, clinical and culinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high‑performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move‑ins.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
