Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional resident and family experience.

You will oversee care, sales, budgeting and regulatory compliance, build a high-performing team, and partner with local referral sources to grow occupancy and revenue while maintaining top-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management
