Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure resident well-being and regulatory compliance. You will manage financial performance, build strong leadership teams, and deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, team leadership and strong stakeholder relationships to position the community for long-term success and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven track record in driving occupancy, revenue and operations.
• Strong skills in P&L, budgeting and business management.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
