Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate resident-directed programming.
• Assess residents' needs and integrate goals into service plans.
• Lead and mentor care staff; provide training on dementia care.
• Coordinate care staff schedules and ensure coverage.
• Promote resident wellbeing and communication with families.
• Support DON with performance reviews and onboarding.
