Cogir Senior Living in Potomac, MD seeks an Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional resident care, manage budgets and cash flow, and lead a talented multi-department team toward organizational goals.

The role requires enforcing regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of service, building strong relationships with staff, residents, families and community partners, and driving strategic initiatives across the campus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living or healthcare operations.
• Experience with budget planning, financial oversight, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care.
• Strong communication and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations, ensuring quality of care and services.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial accountability.
• Supervise directors and staff, maintain training and morale.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain compliance with care regulations and company policies.
• Represent Cogir Senior Living to staff, residents, families, and partners.
