HarborChase, LLC. is seeking an Executive Director to oversee Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and SNF operations in a CT community. You will ensure high quality resident care within budget while complying with HRA standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, regulatory compliance, occupancy management, and strong community relations with residents, families, and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Current ECC and/or CORE Training certification and/or CRCF
• Strong leadership with two years’ supervisory experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Mid-level typing skills
• Effective communication with all management levels, residents and families
• Ability to calculate figures and manage revenue and expenses
• Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws for IL/AL/MC/SNF
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Passion to work with and around senior citizens

Responsabilidades

• Lead the community by example with CORE Values through servant leadership.
• Plan and monitor operating budgets and participate in monthly P&L teleconferences.
• Oversee resident care quality, regulatory compliance, and safety across services.
• Direct recruitment, supervision, and development of all community associates.
• Foster relations with residents, families, referral sources, and the local community.
• Maintain occupancy targets and oversee associate compensation and performance.
