Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the residence and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and support move-ins/move-outs.

You will test and maintain fire protection and security systems, manage HVAC and plumbing reliability, and lead safety training for associates while upholding the facility’s CORE values.

Qualifications

• High school education; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in general maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervision or management experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
• Knowledge of Federal and State safety and fire codes, OSHA regulations and MSDS.
• Able to make independent decisions and seek out new methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspects residence and grounds regularly identifying any areas in need of repairs.
• Responds promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns.
• Performs Manager On Duty responsibilities when assigned.
• Assists with resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepares resident rooms and apartments for new residents.
• Maintains HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and safety systems to code.
• Leads safety training for associates and conducts drills as needed.
• Participates in recruitment and scheduling of maintenance and housekeeping staff.
