Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to oversee a skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care community in Florida. The role ensures high quality resident care within budget guidelines while complying with regulations.

The leader sets the example through CORE values and servant leadership. The Executive Director directs operations, safety, regulatory relations, and financial performance, partnering with department heads to maintain service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current ECC and/or CORE Training certification and/or CRCF.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
• Ability to manage revenue and expenses.
• Knowledge of Federal and State laws for IL, AL, MC, SNF communities.
• Able to make independent decisions.
• Passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements resident relations programs and solicits feedback.
• Oversees nursing services and monitors resident care daily.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Manages budgeting processes and monitors P&L.
• Leads recruitment, training, and supervision of community associates.
• Maintains occupancy and marketing efforts to sustain high occupancy.
• Represents the residence to residents, families, and visitors.
