Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee resident care delivered by licensed and ancillary staff in a care facility.

You will monitor performance, conduct evaluations, coach staff, and provide training to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high care standards. Key duties include scheduling, medication management oversight, family communications, and collaboration with nursing leadership to address resident health and safety

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure (RN/LPN/LVN) in the relevant state
• Associates Degree in health care related field
• ECC and/or CORE Training certification as required
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience
• 1–2 years related experience or training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to manage revenue and expense budgets
• CPR/first aid training
• Knowledge of laws for assisted living/memory care
• Able to make independent decisions
• Passion for elder care

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of resident care by licensed and nonlicensed staff
• Monitor compliance with regulations and care standards
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and weekly hours reporting
• Coordinate staffing schedules within budget guidelines
• Lead medication management and audits
• Assist in developing and reviewing service plans and resident assessments
• Communicate with families about residents’ needs and progress
• Coordinate onboarding and training for staff
• Ensure safety and infection control checks are performed
• Maintain resident records and support quality improvement activities
