Commonwealth Senior Living in Chesapeake, VA seeks an Executive Director to lead our community as CEO, directing programs, policies and staff to achieve occupancy and care goals.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance with State Department of Social Services standards, and proven experience in senior housing supervision. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Requires two years of post-secondary education; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven supervisory experience in senior housing.
• Ability to manage occupancy goals and care coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, direction and implementation of programs and policies.
• Ensure efficient administration of the business plan and regulatory compliance.
• Lead marketing and public relations to maintain occupancy goals.
• Hire, train and schedule community staff; manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and achievement of care plan goals.
• Coordinate resident services and oversee nursing/care staff.
