Job summary

HarborChase of Madison is seeking an Executive Director to lead an Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care community, and potentially Skilled Nursing operations. You will ensure top-tier resident care within budget, while adhering to Harbor Retirement Associates standards and regulations.

This role requires servant leadership and a strong commitment to CORE Values. The position emphasizes community relations, financial management, and staff development to sustain occupancy and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; ECC/CORE/CRCF certification may be required.
• Minimum two years’ management/supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Effective communication with all management levels, residents, families and external contacts.
• Ability to manage revenue and expense budgets.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws for IL, AL, MC, SNF communities.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements resident relations programs and solicits feedback from residents and families to improve hospitality and services.
• Establishes relationships with other department heads to ensure high quality resident care.
• Oversees nursing services and daily resident care delivery; monitors quality assurance.
• Maintains positive rapport with regulatory agencies and stays updated on regulations.
• Directs facility management and safety programs; enforces safety rules and remedial actions.
• Oversees recruitment, selection, retention, and performance evaluation of community associates.
• Keeps staff up to date with training and ensures adherence to company standards.
