Job summary

Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC seeks an Executive Director to oversee an Assisted Living/Independent Living/Memory Care community and/or Skilled Nursing Facility. You will ensure high quality resident care within budget, lead the organization by example, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies, while embodying CORE values.

The role includes managing resident relations, budget development, staff supervision, safety programs, and collaboration with families and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current ECC and/or CORE Training certification.
• CRCF certification may be required.
• Strong leadership and 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Ability to manage revenue and expenses and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements resident relations programs; solicits feedback from residents and families.
• Oversees nursing services to ensure high quality care.
• Leads budget development and monitoring within guidelines.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Directs community safety and loss prevention programs.
• Manages recruitment, selection and supervision of associates.
