Responsibilities

• Assist with overall day-to-day operations of the community
• Support resident care, wellness and life enrichment programs in partnership with leadership
• Help maintain a clean, safe and well‑operated community
• Assist with purchasing, budgeting and regulatory documentation
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development
• Create and maintain staff schedules and oversee payroll processes
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations and inspections
