Asbury Communities, Inc. seeks a Dining Supervisor to develop, plan, and coordinate food service activities for Independent Living and Personal Care areas. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure high food quality, presentation, delivery and cleanup.

The role requires coordinating with the Executive Director to meet budget goals, performing quality checks, and participating in ongoing Quality Improvement efforts. You will cook 20 hours per week and serve as Manager on Duty as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a dietary capacity preferred.
• Experience in senior living or retirement community preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign and direct work while providing continuous coaching and mentoring on standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet budget and cost efficiently in kitchen and serving functions.
• Conduct regular quality and compliance checks.
• Participate in Quality Improvement to evaluate and improve services and standards.
• Cooks 20 hours a week and more as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
