Job summary

Asbury is hiring a Dining Manager to develop, plan, coordinate and execute food service across Independent Living and Personal Care areas, either directly or by directing kitchen staff. You will work with the Executive Director to meet budgets, conduct quality checks, and lead continuous improvement while acting as Manager on Duty as required.

• 7–10 years related experience or equivalent combination of experience and culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, and execute food service activities for Independent Living and Personal Care areas.
• Direct kitchen staff and ensure high‑quality food production, presentation, delivery, and cleanup.
• Plan, assign, and direct work with coaching on standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet budgets and costs efficiently.
• Conduct regular quality and compliance checks.
