Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a Dining Supervisor to support dining services for residents in a full-time role.

You will assist the Dining Manager with staff coaching, attend pre-meal meetings, and help maintain smooth dining room operations to deliver high-quality resident service. The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare operations and a High School diploma; Maryland Food Handlers certification is preferred or can be obtained within 3 months of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare operations.
• Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff.
• Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training.
• Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly. Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges.
• Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.
• Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.
