Asbury Communities is seeking a Dining Supervisor to lead the food service operations for Independent Living and Personal Care areas. You will oversee kitchen activities, ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and service, and mentor staff to uphold standards.

The role emphasizes budgeting, process improvements, and adherence to safety standards. Requires ServSafe and a high school diploma, with preferred experience in senior living environments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a dietary capacity.
• Experience in a senior living or retirement community preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign and direct work while providing coaching and mentoring on standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet budget and control costs within kitchen and serving functions.
• Conduct regular quality and compliance checks.
• Participate in Quality Improvement processes to evaluate and improve services and standards.
• Cooks 20 hours a week and more as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
