You will supervise team members, schedule shifts, train staff, and coordinate with culinary operations to deliver high-quality meals while complying with health regulations.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, weekend rotation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• At least 2 years of experience in food or culinary services.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in senior living or retirement community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dining operations, delegating tasks and coaching staff.
• Lead pre-meal meetings and staff training to maintain service standards.
• Oversee food production planning, waste management, and quality control.
• Address resident and guest requests promptly and maintain a courteous dining environment.
• Assist with staffing, hiring, scheduling, and staff development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
