Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead a team of dining associates, champion resident dining experiences and partner with clinical and operations teams. You will drive high-quality meals, manage budgets and supplier relations, and advocate for residents and families through engaging service and thoughtful menu development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in culinary, hospitality, or food management.
• 2–4 years of food service management experience in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a large diverse team.
• Current Safe Serve or other relevant certification.
• Experience in food preparation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage all dining associates in the community.
• Establish a communication plan with residents, families and guests.
• Engage during meal service to exceed dining expectations.
• Solicit feedback on menu preferences and dining experiences.
• Develop and maintain the dining services budget and vendor relationships.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas to be clean and safe.
• Collaborate with other departments on marketing and special projects.
