Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director to champion and coach the team, delivering exceptional service, delicious food, and exciting dining options for residents. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and ensure safe, enjoyable meals with strong family communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred; education focused in culinary, hospitality, or food management.
• A min of 2-4 years of Food Service Management experience in the hospitality field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large diverse group of associates.
• Current Safe Serve or other relevant certification.
• Demonstrated experience in food preparation.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to plan and manage a budget.
• Ability to analyze reports.
• Moderate computer skills in the MS Office suite.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage the community's dietary associates and establish communication with residents, families and guests.
• Ensure excellent dining service, resident satisfaction and nutrition delivery during meals.
• Develop and maintain the dining services budget; manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas as clean and safe; collaborate with other departments on projects.
