Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; education focused in culinary, hospitality, or food management.
• A min of 2-4 years of Food Service Management experience in the hospitality field (Country Club, Banquets)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large diverse group of associates ranging from dishwashers to chefs.
• Current Safe Serve or other relevant certification.
• Demonstrated experience in food preparation.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to plan and manage a budget.
• Ability to analyze reports.
• Moderate computer skills in the standard Microsoft suite.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the community's dietary associates.
• Establish a communication plan with residents, families, and guests.
• Ensure meals meet residents' nutrition and satisfaction.
