Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the community's dining team and advocate for residents. You will ensure high-quality meals, manage budgets, and build relationships with residents, families, and vendors.

You will oversee menu planning, training, and day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional service while promoting safety and nutrition in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, or food management preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of food service management experience in hospitality.
• Ability to lead a large diverse team from dishwashers to chefs.
• Current Safe Serve or related certification.
• Experience in food preparation and menu planning.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and budget.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage the community’s dietary associates and communicate with residents, families, and guests to ensure excellent care and nutrition.
• Be visible during meal service and engage residents to exceed dining expectations and gather feedback on menus.
• Develop and maintain the dining services budget, vendor relationships, and ensure clean, safe kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with other departments on marketing and special projects to support community growth.
• Lead the Brightview dining leadership team and contribute to residents’ active, vibrant life.
