With 4+ years in supervisory roles and ServSafe certification, you will train staff, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with kitchen and dining teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a supervisory role in a high-volume dining venue.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to lead and train a culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design delectable menu items pleasing to the palate for dining venues and events.
• Create specialty items that differentiate each community dining venue.
• Share talents by training and coaching the culinary team daily.
• Maintain food safety and HACCP protocols in all prep and storage.
