Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the community's dining team, deliver exceptional meals, and champion resident satisfaction through engaging service and thoughtful menu options.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and collaborate with other departments to support marketing and community initiatives while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment for residents, families, and guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, or food management preferred.
• 2–4 years of food service management experience in hospitality.
• Ability to lead a large diverse team of associates.
• Current Safe Serve or equivalent certification.
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills with basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage all of the community's dietary associates.
• Establish a communication plan with residents, families, and guests to ensure excellent care and nutrition.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the dining services budget and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained; participate in meal preparation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support marketing and community initiatives.
