Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Clinton is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to lead and assist with dining operations at our senior living community. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• ServSafe Manager Certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience in senior living dining services.
• Experience supervising or CDM role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary and dining operations.
• Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Supervise, coach, and develop culinary and dining staff.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and training team members.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor department budgets and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate special events and collaborate with community leadership.
• Review resident feedback and implement service improvements.
