Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and people-focused Culinary Services Director to lead all aspects of our dining services operation. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of nutritional guidelines, special diets and food-service best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dining services operations including food quality, service, sanitation, and safety.
• Develop and implement menus meeting residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal food-service, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise dining services team members.
• Manage food and supply inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Partner with Activities team to plan special events and themed meals.
• Communicate with residents, families and team members to address feedback and concerns.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in service standards, presentation and dining experience.
