Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Ability to operate basic office software and devices.
• Professional at all times with residents, visitors and team members.
• Grooming and dress standards to present the best image.
• Background clearance as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones; relay messages to appropriate team members.
• Maintain a neat and professional front lobby and reception area.
• Welcome all entrants warmly and offer assistance as needed.
• Answer phones within three rings using a courteous voice and script.
• Monitor logbook sign-in and out; report any safety concerns.
• Support administrative duties and general front desk functions as directed.
