Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and guests. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, manage multi-line calls, coordinate transportation, and assist with events while upholding privacy and empathy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office to perform tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication is essential.
• Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Professional, pleasant, team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly with empathy and confidentiality.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages; assist with event setup.
• Coordinate resident transportation and reservations; support with guest meals.
• Monitor access and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Record maintenance requests in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace and prioritize hospitality.
