Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly and confidentially with empathy.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages and notices.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication.
• Monitor kiosk sign-in and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule transportation, coordinate trips and event reservations.
• Record maintenance requests in electronic system.
• Maintain organized workspace for efficiency and first impressions.
