Belmont Village Senior Living in Houston is seeking a PRN/On-Call Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors and guests. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, support administrative tasks, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

In this fast-paced role, you will greet visitors, manage multi-line calls, coordinate transportation and events, log requests, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for daily tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrates initiative with strong critical thinking skills.
• Proven administrative and organizational skill set.
• Professional, pleasant and team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule resident transportation, coordinate trips, manage event/guest reservations.
• Record maintenance work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and first impressions.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority.
