Belmont Village Senior Living in Chicago is seeking a Concierge for full-time or part-time shifts to warmly greet residents, family members, vendors and guests, and to provide reliable information and support. You will handle calls, assist with packages, coordinate transportation and events, and collaborate with staff to maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

The role requires strong English communication, dependability, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Initiative and analytical thinking.
• Administrative and organizational skills.
• Professional, pleasant, team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate package distribution.
• Collaborate with departments to promote communication.
• Monitor access and kiosk sign-in procedures; respond to emergencies.
• Schedule transportation, coordinate resident trips and events.
• Record maintenance requests in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
