Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks a courteous Concierge to greet residents and visitors, handle front desk tasks, and maintain a welcoming lobby. You will manage phone and mail communications, direct calls, and provide accurate information in person and by email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 6 months related concierge or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
