Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for Lynridge of Huntsville. The role greets residents and visitors, manages the front desk, and coordinates calls and mail to uphold a professional image while supporting team members.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of related experience, and solid communication and organizational skills. This part-time position offers opportunities to engage with residents and ensure a welcoming environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
