You will assist with daily operations, greet residents and guests, and coordinate transportation and services to promote independence and engagement.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in hospitality/front desk roles, experience with seniors, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in a service environment.
• Front desk or concierge experience.
• Driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to resident requests.
• Coordinate work orders and guest apartment reservations with timely follow-up.
