Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Concierge to support residents in our California community. This role emphasizes dignity, individualism, and attentive service, coordinating meals, transportation, and activities to enhance daily life.

You will work closely with residents, families, and our management team, handling reservations, local errands, and special events while upholding our commitment to quality care and a warm, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent driving record (last 5 years).
• At least 25 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with local restaurants and venues and makes reservations for residents.
• Arranges dry cleaning and other outside services as needed.
• Provides shuttle service and valet for residents as required.
• Plans parking assignments for valet and events.
• Develops community communications such as activities calendars.
• Keeps entryway and lobby clean and well maintained.
• Purchases supplies within budget and tracks expenses.
• Drives for residents and community outings as assigned.
• Supports management with holiday/event planning.
