Job summary

El Castillo Retirement Residences in Santa Fe, NM invites an experienced Dining Manager to lead our dining team and ensure fast, courteous service for residents. You will supervise staff, plan menus for events, and coordinate with the Lifestyle department to keep tables seasonal and inviting.

We value integrity and teamwork. The role requires 3–5 years in dining room management, a high school diploma or GED, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dining room management experience
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to provide fast, courteous service to residents
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special events
• Greet guests, seat residents, and handle complaints with exceptional service
• Oversee dining room server duties and expedite drinks and food orders
• Assign tasks and coordinate activities to ensure prompt, courteous service
• Inspect dining room serving stations for cleanliness and orderliness
• Assist with menu planning for special events
• Interview, hire, and train dining room staff under supervision
