Experience Senior Living Team in Naples, FL is seeking a Resident Services Associate to warmly assist residents, families, and guests while coordinating concierge services and transportation.

This role emphasizes friendly, professional communication, collaboration with culinary and operations, and support for events, mail handling, and scheduling to ensure a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience working with seniors preferred.
• Demonstrates independent judgement and discretion in serving customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to use pictures when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Answer the phone within 3 rings and route calls as appropriate.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (e.g., dry cleaning, deliveries, transportation).
• Introduce new residents and families and explain concierge services.
• Manage transportation schedules and confirm reservations in writing.
• Support meal reservations and dining communications.
• Maintain security and log sign-ins and packages.
