Ciel Senior Living in Voorhees Township, NJ seeks a friendly Concierge to be the first impression of the community. You will greet visitors, coordinate property tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical support to the administrative staff.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, family members and guests, processing mail, stocking literature in the lobby, and supporting dining service and marketing efforts as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; follow instructions.
• Professional demeanor and ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Experience with clerical tasks and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or residents.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and route information.
• Provide clerical support to the administrative staff.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange tours of the property for visitors.
• Maintain reception area and prepare literature in lobby.
• Support dining and marketing efforts as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to supervision.
