Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting guests, maintaining logs, coordinating deliveries, and supporting daily operations. Experience in customer service or security is a plus, with a focus on professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 18+ years of age.
• No felony conviction or fraud conviction.
• Must read/write/speak English and follow directions.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
• Monitor building access and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a daily resident log and emergency information.
• Respond to emergency alarms and follow procedures.
• Schedule residents' appointments and activities as needed.
• Provide information to the business office for billing.
