Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is seeking a friendly Concierge On-Call to greet residents and guests and coordinate inquiries with the team. This on-site role supports sales by guiding tours and handling inquiries while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete required background clearance, health screening and provide TB test results within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a positive experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet resident needs quickly and efficiently.
