Pacific Pointe Senior Apartments is hiring a Front Desk Concierge in Chula Vista, CA. Greet residents and guests, answer calls, and coordinate deliveries with a courteous, professional attitude to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

You will maintain a resident log, assist with appointments, and liaise with care teams and vendors. The role emphasizes privacy, safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service for a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous Concierge experience is a plus.
• No felony conviction, or conviction for fraud of the federal government.
• 18+ years of age.
• Familiar with using a telephone, copy machine, fax, and common office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
• Greet arriving guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer residents' needs and requests.
• Maintain a daily resident log and emergency information.
• Respond to emergency systems and take appropriate steps.
• Schedule residents' doctor appointments and activities as necessary.
• Provide information to the business office for billing.
• Distribute written communications.
• Accept and sign for deliveries.
• Coordinate guest room reservations as applicable.
