Seaton Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to greet guests, residents, and staff, manage external and internal calls, and relay messages. The role supports daily operations by directing inquiries and providing information as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling for residents, maintaining logs, and assisting with mail distribution and overall front-desk organization. The position emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties as required.
• Greet residents and visitors; answer inquiries and give directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department and prepare meal tickets for team members.
• Maintain updates to the Resident Phone List, Move-In/Move-Out Register and other logs.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keep desk and entry area neat and organized; organize mail distribution and forms.
